清炖羊排汤的做法
用料 羊排 八角 料酒 花椒
1 羊排焯水,为了祛除腥味,加料酒和花椒煮了一会。然后捞出,水倒掉。2 将羊排,八角,花椒,盐,红辣椒加足量清水直接放锅里炖一到两个小时,直到汤香肉烂。
